What is Rolfing?

The Basics
 

Rolfing works generally with myofacial tissue, bones, and muscles. As a Rolfer we look at how the body relates to itself and gravity in simple movement tests like walking. With the information gathered we manually and systematically address these areas to create pain relief, greater mobility, and body awareness. 

The 10 series model applies a 10 session wholistic approach to define and relate integral parts of movement to the whole body. This allows the body to move with greater fluidity in its relationship to gravity.
